“Doctor Lica” S.R.L. of 184, Ștefan cel Mare Blvd., Chișinău municipality, website https://lica.doctor/, email: info@lica.doctor, hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data and the rights you have in accordance with Law no.133 of July 7, 2011 on the protection of personal data and other normative acts in the field.
General provisions
The security policy for the personal data (hereinafter “Security Policy”) processed by “Doctor Lica” S.R.L. aims to establish the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data processed within the information systems and to ensure an appropriate level of protection of personal data of data subjects during their employment and while carrying out the basic activities of the company related to the provision of services in the field of trade of cosmetics and courses in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine.
The security policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of the Law on personal data protection no.133 of 08.06.2011, Requirements for ensuring the security of personal data when such data are processed within personal data information systems, approved by Government Decision no.1123 of 14.12.2010 and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg on 28.01.1981, ratified by the Republic of Moldova through the Parliament Decision no.483-XIV of 2.06.1999, Law no. 411 of 28.03.1995 on healthcare and other provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Processing of personal data
The processing of personal data will be carried out to achieve the following purposes:
A)trade of cosmetics and courses in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine;
B) Providing information and courses in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine;
C) informing customers about cosmetic products offered for sale;
D) Trading of cosmetic products;
E) promotion and organization of advertising campaigns;
The processing of personal data on https://lica.doctor/ will be carried out based on consent, the personal data subject having to tick the checkbox. If the checkbox is not ticked, this does not allow the transmission of data for processing by the Operator.
When the processing is based on article 5 para.(1) of Law 133/2011 “Personal data shall be processed with the consent of personal data subject”, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Thus, you can change or remove your consent at any time, and we will act immediately accordingly, unless there is a legal reason or legitimate interest not to do so.

Filing a complaint
If you consider that the processing of your personal data by “Doctor Lica” S.R.L. violates the legal provisions related to personal data protection, you can file a complaint in accordance with article 27(1) of Law 133/2011, after having exercised, as the case may be, the rights provided at articles 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 of the mentioned law, at the address “Doctor Lica” S.R.L., of 184, Ștefan cel Mare Blvd., Chișinău municipality, MD-2004.

- The persons, whose pictures or video is presented on the mentioned websites, have given their consent to the processing of personal data. At the same time, taking over pictures and spreading them without the consent of the people in the pictures or video - is forbidden!
Filing a complaint

Using our training Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions or policies, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Our Services may display certain course content that does not belong to the Company. Responsibility for this content lies solely with the entity that makes it available.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service or course announcements, administrative messages, and other information via SMS, email, social media, traditional mail, or other legal means of information to users who have saved personal data. You may opt out of some of those communications by unsubscribing from the services presented or by directly contacting us.
Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use these Services in a manner that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic and safety laws.
Your Account

The https://lica.doctor/ site will provide access to the paid courses for a guaranteed period of 12 months.

About the training courses
You may not copy, save, modify, distribute in any form, sell or lease or donate any of the information and courses included; you may not alter or attempt to plagiarize the content of a course except as permitted in writing by us. These restrictions also apply if the user has paid for the given training.
You may watch, take notes, comment and ask questions about the training course. The https://lica.doctor/ site will be responsible for providing access to the courses paid for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the payment transaction.
The courses and related materials are intended for cosmetology professionals, thus, they cannot be designed, displayed, or otherwise transmitted. The purchased course will be accessible from a maximum of 2 (two) different IPs being accessed by the Person who purchased the course.
If detected that you have transmitted your personal account data, have copied or distributed the site content or you admitted other violations described in these regulations, the Company shall be entitled to claim damages.
The https://lica.doctor/ site shall not be responsible for the quality, duration or expected effects after the training. Users cannot request a refund of the financial means paid for the course due to the quality or because they did not use this service later.
The https://lica.doctor/ site will make every effort to ensure good quality of images, sound and speed of access to the site. However, the Company may close access to the site for a period not exceeding 48 hours per month (for technical reasons).
The Company charges costs for the access to the courses and the information provided. If https://lica.doctor/ is not be able to offer the course that was paid within 48 hours from the payment, the user can request a refund, in which case the Company shall refund the amount received, within 30 working days, at the beneficiary’s account.
Modifying and terminating our Services
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we will be sorry to end our collaboration. Also, https://lica.doctor/ may stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your own data and maintaining access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
Liability for our Services
To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claims under these terms and conditions, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services.
